Terms of Service
Last updated : April 15, 2026
1. Service Description
Padel Snipe is an independent automation tool. The service fires a booking attempt on third-party platforms (Playtomic primarily), based on rules configured by the user (days, times, clubs), at the exact moment the booking window opens.
Padel Snipe is not affiliated with, partnered with, or endorsed by Playtomic or any other third-party platform. It is not an official booking service. It operates via the user's personal Playtomic account.
Padel Snipe is published by Hadriel Dié, sole trader (Entrepreneur individuel, France), SIREN 103 532 644, SIRET 10353264400012, registered office at 59 rue de la République, 33130 Bègles, France. Contact: contact@padelsnipe.com
2. Responsibility for the Playtomic Account
The user remains solely responsible for their Playtomic account and for complying with Playtomic's Terms of Service. By providing credentials to Padel Snipe, the user:
- certifies being the legitimate holder of the Playtomic account;
- authorizes Padel Snipe to act on their behalf via this account, only for bookings they have configured;
- commits to respecting Playtomic's terms (no-show policy, cancellations, booking limits, etc.);
- assumes full responsibility for booking fees charged to their registered payment method on Playtomic.
In the event of suspension, restriction, or banning of the user's Playtomic account — for any reason whatsoever — Padel Snipe shall not be held liable. No refund of the Padel Snipe subscription will be issued on this basis.
3. No Court Guarantee
Padel Snipe automates the booking attempt but cannot guarantee obtaining a court slot. Availability depends on third-party platforms (Playtomic, etc.) and other users. No refund will be issued if a slot is not obtained.
The service makes a best-effort booking attempt in the shortest technically possible time. Lack of availability on third-party platforms, unexpected API behavior, or competition from other users may prevent any booking without engaging Padel Snipe's liability.
4. Limitation of Liability
Padel Snipe is not responsible for interruptions to third-party platform services, API changes, or any indirect damages related to the inability to book a court slot.
Padel Snipe's liability is limited to amounts paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the event in question. Padel Snipe disclaims all liability for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or harm resulting from temporary or permanent service unavailability.
5. Pricing, Subscription and Refunds
Padel Snipe offers three plans: Free (€0/month), Pro (€14/month), and Elite (€29/month), with quarterly and annual options. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at each billing date.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. Amounts already paid are non-refundable, as the user expressly requests immediate service execution upon subscription. The user may manage or cancel their subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal accessible from their settings.
6. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the Stripe billing portal, with no notice period or penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to paid features is maintained until that date.
Padel Snipe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of breach of these Terms, without prior notice or refund.
7. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use Padel Snipe solely for their own personal bookings. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Reselling or transferring court slots booked via the service;
- Using the service to monopolize slots for commercial purposes;
- Attempting to circumvent third-party platform protection mechanisms;
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan limits;
- Any abuse likely to disrupt the service or third-party platforms.
8. Credentials and Data
Users acknowledge that Padel Snipe stores their third-party platform credentials in encrypted form (AES-256-GCM) to make bookings on their behalf. Users warrant that they are the holder of these credentials and authorize their use by the service. Data processing is further detailed in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent court is the Commercial Court of Bordeaux, France.
