Playbypoint explained: how to book padel worldwide in 2026
Playbypoint 2026 guide: worldwide padel & pickleball coverage, step-by-step booking, payment, automation. What to know before booking outside Europe.
Playbypoint explained: how to book padel worldwide in 2026
While Playtomic and Anybuddy dominate padel in Europe, much of the world plays elsewhere — and often on Playbypoint (also known as paybycourt). A US-based racket-club management and booking platform, Playbypoint covers padel where it's booming outside Europe: the United States, Latin America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia. And since many of these clubs also run pickleball, it's frequently the most complete platform in its region.
This guide explains how Playbypoint actually works: model, booking steps, geographic coverage, payment, and when to automate it. If you mostly play in Europe, see our Anybuddy guide and the Playtomic vs Anybuddy comparison instead.
In short
- US-based platform for managing and booking racket clubs (padel, pickleball, tennis)
- Worldwide coverage outside Europe: 200+ padel clubs across 25+ countries, big clusters in the US and Latin America
- Multi-sport: padel AND pickleball on the same app — an edge in regions where pickleball dominates
- Direct payment: saved card charged at booking, no 3D Secure on most clubs
- Free for players; monetized on the club side (management software)
- Automatable with Padel Snipe since July 2026
Playbypoint in 2026: who, what, where
Playbypoint is first a club-management software for racket clubs, with a player-facing booking layer on top. Where Playtomic grew as a European community app and Anybuddy as a French multi-sport marketplace, Playbypoint developed on a different field: American and international clubs, often mixed padel-pickleball-tennis.
Geography. Playbypoint's strength is coverage where Playtomic and Anybuddy are thin or absent:
- United States: big clusters in Miami and Florida, Denver and Colorado, Chicago, the California Bay Area, Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin).
- Latin America: very dense in Venezuela, Guatemala, Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador and Colombia.
- Middle East: Dubai, Israel.
- Southeast Asia & Pacific: Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia.
- Europe: marginal presence (a few clubs in the UK, Ireland, Germany). For Europe, Playtomic and Anybuddy remain the reference.
Availability. iOS and Android apps, plus access via each club. The app is free for players.
How to book on Playbypoint: the 4 steps
Step 1: Create an account
Download the Playbypoint app or go through your club's page. Sign up with email + password. You save a card on your account: it's used for all your bookings, with no need to re-enter it each time.
Step 2: Pick the club and sport
Select your club, then the sport — padel (or pickleball, depending on what you want). Playbypoint runs single-sport clubs as well as mixed clubs where padel and pickleball coexist.
Step 3: Choose date, time and court
Playbypoint shows slots by block (often 30 min), then the courts available for the chosen window. You see the price and duration, and can let the platform pick the court ("smart court selection") or choose a specific one.
Step 4: Pay and confirm
Payment uses the card already saved on your account. On most clubs there's no 3D Secure step to validate: the booking is confirmed and paid in one go, nearly instantly. You get a confirmation, and the slot shows up in your bookings with a cancellation option.

Playbypoint payment is direct: the saved card is charged at booking, through the club's processor (often CARD_CONNECT). It's smooth, but two things deserve attention:
- No free hold: a confirmed booking is a paid booking. There's no cancellable pre-authorization like on some platforms.
- Variable cancellation: each club sets its policy. Some refund to your card, others to club credit for later use. Read the club's rule before booking, especially for a slot you might cancel.
Why more padel is played on Playbypoint
Padel is growing explosively outside Europe: in the US, Latin America and the Middle East, new clubs open every month. And many of these clubs — especially in the US — start as pickleball clubs that add padel courts, managing everything on Playbypoint.
The result: in these regions, Playbypoint is often the only platform covering both padel and pickleball at the same club. A player based in Miami, Medellín, Dubai or Singapore will find more bookable padel clubs on Playbypoint than on Playtomic or Anybuddy.
When to automate with Padel Snipe
As on Playtomic and Anybuddy, the best Playbypoint slots go fast at busy clubs — weeknights, weekends. Where automation makes sense, it changes everything.
Padel Snipe now automates Playbypoint since July 2026, alongside Playtomic and Anybuddy. Concretely:
- You connect your Playbypoint account (same login as the app)
- You set the target club and time
- When the slot opens, Padel Snipe fires the booking to the second
- The card already saved on your Playbypoint account is used automatically — no re-entry, and since there's no 3D Secure, confirmation is instant
A Playbypoint-specific edge: direct payment with no 3D Secure makes automation especially smooth compared to platforms where a security challenge can interrupt the booking.
Automation only matters if your target slots go in seconds. If your club has comfortable availability, manual booking is perfectly fine.

Verdict
Playbypoint is right if: you play padel outside Europe — US, Latin America, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia —, your club is a mixed padel-pickleball venue, or you're looking for padel in a region where pickleball dominates.
Playtomic or Anybuddy stay more relevant if: you play in Europe, where Playbypoint is thin.
For an international player: the three platforms become complementary by region. That's exactly why Padel Snipe now handles all three in a single dashboard — you set your clubs, the tool picks the right platform and books for you, wherever you play.
