Roma leads with 124 clubs — the city remains Europe's padel epicenter.
Italy leads Spain (1075 clubs) in absolute padel club count on Playtomic. Post-2020 growth has been explosive, driven by Lombardy and Lazio.
Of 370 French padel clubs, 357 are on Anybuddy (96%) vs only 13 on Playtomic. Stark contrast with Italy/Spain where Playtomic dominates. France has its own native platform.
