You say where and when you play
Your city or your clubs, your level and when you are free. One minute, no password. You only appear where you chose to.
A game needs someone
A player has booked a court and is one, two or three people short. They see the supersubs who are free at that time and pick a few. You get an email with the day, the time, the club, the level of the group and the price.
You accept, or you let it go
The first to accept get the spots: you receive the player's contact, they receive yours. Before that, nobody has your email or your phone.
Two requests a week at most by default, adjustable from one to five. Pause in one click when you go on holiday or get injured.

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Being a supersub costs nothing and needs no subscription. Only the player looking for supersubs needs a Padel Snipe subscription: that is what keeps the service running.
Who sees my email or phone?
Nobody, until you accept a game. Players see your first name, your level and your club or city. When you accept, the player who picked you receives the contact you chose to share, and you receive theirs. The other supersubs asked receive nothing about you.
How many requests will I get?
Two a week at most, by default. You can choose from one to five, and pause for a week, two weeks, a month or until you resume.
How is my level set?
You declare it yourself, on the Playtomic scale from 1 to 7. Nobody checks it. If you have a level in the Playtomic app, use that one: it is what makes the game enjoyable for all four.
Who pays for the court?
The player who booked has already paid for the court. In the request, they say whether the spot is on the house or whether you pay your share, with the indicative price per player. You settle between players, like friends do: Padel Snipe takes nothing.
What if I can't make it any more?
Tell the player as soon as possible, with the contact you received, so they have time to find someone else. An accepted game is a commitment: that is what makes the service reliable for everyone.
Do I need to use the automatic booking?
No. You can be a supersub without ever setting up a slot or connecting a Playtomic account. Automatic booking is there if you ever want it.
