What our data says about US booking windows

Our workers list 186 US padel clubs: 105 on Playtomic and 81 on Playbypoint. For 83 of the Playtomic clubs, we measured the booking horizon directly between 10 and 12 September 2026, by probing how many days ahead the calendar actually becomes bookable. Based on our observations on those 83 clubs:

• 44 clubs (53%) open 6 to 7 days ahead. The median across all 83 is 6 days. Our probe runs early in the morning, so a club that releases later in the day can read one day short; that is why we group 6 and 7 together rather than split hairs.
• 19 clubs (23%) open 4 days or less ahead, down to 1 or 2 days for a handful of venues.
• 10 clubs (12%) open 13 to 14 days ahead, and 6 clubs (7%) open 20 days or more ahead, the longest at 28 days. The remaining 4 clubs sit at 5, 9 or 10 days.

What we have not measured yet for the US: the release shape (single burst or multi-wave) and the exact release time. Both need several days of observation per club before we classify anything, and the US clubs are still in that phase.
